At ARIALUNA, we want you to receive your beautiful dresses as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on our website https://arialuna.vip. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing Time
Once you place an order and receive an order confirmation email, we begin preparing your dress(es) for shipment. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy seasons (such as holidays or new collection launches), processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the European Union as well as select international destinations. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at contact@arialuna.vip to inquire about possible delivery options. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. For standard shipping within the European Union, please expect delivery within 3 to 7 business days after your order has been processed. For express shipping, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days after processing. International orders outside the EU typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days, though customs clearance may occasionally cause additional delays. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed, as delays beyond our control (such as carrier issues or customs inspections) may occur.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your package, and the shipping method you select. We occasionally offer free standard shipping promotions, which will be clearly announced on our website. Any applicable shipping fees will be shown to you before you complete your payment.
Order Tracking
All orders shipped from ARIALUNA include tracking services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on our carrier’s website to monitor your package’s journey. If you do not receive a tracking link within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped within the European Union, no additional customs fees or import duties apply. For international orders outside the EU, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by your local government or carrier. These charges are your sole responsibility, as we have no control over them. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of any potential fees before placing an order. Please note that we are required by law to declare the full value of the merchandise on the customs form.
Failed or Returned Deliveries
If a package is returned to us because the shipping address you provided was incorrect, incomplete, or because the carrier could not complete delivery after multiple attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs for the second delivery attempt. If you no longer wish to receive the order after a failed delivery, we may issue a refund excluding the original shipping fees and any return shipping costs incurred by us.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Although we take great care in packaging your dresses, rare issues may occur during transit. If your package is visibly damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery or take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours. For lost packages (no tracking updates for more than 10 business days after the estimated delivery date), please notify us at contact@arialuna.vip. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if confirmed lost, will either reship your order or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Shipping Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize that you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at contact@arialuna.vip. We can only change the address if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the delivery address, and you may need to arrange redirection with the carrier at your own cost.
